Another busy day in the studio...ordering supplies and answering emails...neither of which I enjoy...as all I want to do is tattoo, draw, paint...but I am lucky enough to say I can get by doing these things.
When asked to do something that I do not believe in...and blackmail is the only answer for them..."well if you won't do it...then I will go somewhere else"...I have two thoughts that go through my head... 'How dare you!' and 'F&#k off !' ...because of the professionalism I have..by which similar requests have been answered with "no sorry...I do not do that I'm afraid." This one was harder to be as polite and I had to take a deep breath and subtlety count to ten..before taking there number down to ring them with the answer.
Now I am not bragging by any means when I say I do not need this kind of work nor attitude...but I don't! So in that respect I have answered my own question..phew...it's a no then, job done!
Please remember when booking a tattoo that there are lines that are drawn, due to the tattoo artists morals, perceptions and experiences...all of which are personal...where some people will not do it...others will...but respect their decision!
